Julian Acquari is the Managing Director of Monster UK & Ireland and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the company, driving business growth and ensuring that Monster.co.uk and Monster.ie remain the industry’s leading providers of online recruitment services and solutions
Julian believes in a high performance culture defined by hard work, commitment and embracing change in order to deliver significant success and high reward. He has 20 years experience in business focusing on building highly successful teams with a key focus on leadership excellence.
In his previous role as Sales Director, he was responsible for sales strategy and implementation. Monster has delivered exceptional growth figures in the last 3 years and Julian believes in investing in the business to grow profitability and maintain the Company’s market leading position
Julian joined TMP Worldwide in May 2004 and ran Sales for Monster UK and also TMP UK before TMP was sold externally. Monster then merged the UK and Ireland businesses together to create the second largest Region in Europe.
Prior to joining Monster he spent 10 years at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) in various leadership roles and before that 5 years at the Xerox Corporation.
He is married with 3 children, and enjoys a variety of leisure interests.
